It’s a hard decision to give up your pet
Once your pet is with us they stay with us at the rescue, or with one of our trusted foster carers, until they find their forever home. We are based in Kidderminster and take animals from a wide surrounding area.
If you find yourself in the situation where you need to find a new home for your pet please contact us by completing the form below. We aim to reply within 48 hours.

Once we’ve received your initial email/form, we will reach out to you to gather more information about your pet. For example photographs and copies of any veterinary records.
We can then let you know if we are able to help your pet find a new home. Please be aware we do have a waiting list at times.
Once we have space you’ll be required to bring your pet to the rescue based in Kidderminster. Please feel free to bring any of your pets belongings as they will help your pet settle.
You can always message us if you’d like updates on your pet whilst they are in our care, but we will not be able to put you in touch with their new owner.
Once we’ve received your initial email or form application, we will reach out to you to gather more information about you and your pet.

We’ll let you know whether we can provide your pet with a new home or recommend other rescues that may be able to help further.
Based on our initial conversation, we will decide on one of the following actions:
Your pet will come into our care, where they will stay in our home or with a fosterer in their family home.
A space on our waiting list if our care services are full, where we will help you improve things for your small pet whilst they’re still with you.
We will either collect your pet from you or you can arrange to bring your pet to us. Bring any of your pets belongings as we will keep them to help your pet settle.
We will assess the behaviour and medical needs of your pet to help us match them with the right new owner.
You can message us if you’d like updates on your pet whilst in our care.
Please include as much detail as possible as this will help us give you the best support. Please be aware submission of this form will not guarantee acceptance of your pets for intake.
