Animals For Adoption

Please make sure you’ve carefully researched the type of animal you’re considering adopting. 

We welcome questions so if you aren’t sure of anything please feel free to message us on Facebook by clicking on the button in the corner. Our team will answer you as quickly as possible.

Once you’re sure that you want to go ahead and adopt an animal you will need to:

• Email us at team@greatfieldsmallanimalrescue.co.uk to let us know which animal you’d like to adopt (if the animal you’re interested in is still under assessment, or there’s a species you’re looking for that we don’t currently have available for adoption, let us know if you would like to go on the waiting list.
• We will then contact you and ask you to provide pictures/videos of the housing you have along with information on its dimensions. Please be aware we may ask for adjustments to be made to ensure homes are suitable. We want our animals to go to homes where they’ll have the best life possible (see relevant animal care pages for approved housing sizes).
• Once the housing has been approved we will get in touch to discuss further information about the animal you are interested in and arrange a home check if necessary.
